test, should be employed in determining the sufficiency of an affidavit submitted in support of a search warrant application
(see, Illinois v Gates, 462 U.S. 213, reh denied 463 U.S. 1237; Spinelli v United States, 393 U.S. 410; Aguilar v Texas, 378
U.S. 108). We conclude that, as a matter of State law, our courts should apply the Aguilar-Spinelli test.
